Q: Do the water features include a pump?

A: Yes, they are supplied with a 240 volt pump with a 3 meter power cord. For most models a 24 volt pump can be supplied ( 5 meter cable from transformer to pump. (Add app. AUD $70.00)



Q: Do the water features come with a pond?

A: No, but a stainless steel or copper pond can be supplied. Please email for quote.



Q: Can the size of the water features be changed?

A: On most designs the size can be changed. Since they are all individually handmade, we can adopt the height to the depth of your pond.



Q: How big can the copper or mirror wall be made?

A: Up to 2000 mm wide and any height.



Q: Is the mirror wall made from mirror glass?

A: No, it is mirror polished stainless steel on a stainless steel frame.



Q: What size pond do I need for the water feature?

A: Please let us know which one you are interested in and we let you know the min. size.



Q: I already have a pump, do I have to buy the one, which you supply with the water feature as well?

A: No, we will deduct the pump price from the purchase price and let you know if your pump is suitable.



Q: Do I need a water supply to the pond?

A: No, you just have to fill the pond once and the submersible pump will recirculate the water.



Q: How much maintenance is required for the water feature?

A: Very little. Please email us and we send you a maintenance sheet.



Q: Can the water features be installed inside?

A: We can modify some models to have very little splash for indoor use.
We suggest to use distilled or demineralized water to avoid stain build up from calcium and other suspended particles in the tap water.



Q: We like to see the water feature we like from some different angles, is that possible?

A: Yes, just send us an email and we will email you more pictures. We can email you a video as well.
